Very prompt delivery. The item did not however correspond to the photo on EBay which showed a brand new item in factory cellophane sealed box. The item delivered, as shown in the photos, was not ‘New’ as described in the eBay entry but a ‘used’ item. The box had been opened with grubby finger prints on the outer carton and torn inner packaging. To the sellers credit, he offered a 50% refund as soon as I contacted him to highlight the inaccurate ‘New’ description and the unrepresentative photo.

    Fantastic breast-pump for working or busy mums.

    I have used a high street brand pump previously and hated it. Sitting strapped to a loud and obtrusive machine. 20 minutes to get a small amount of milk. I was skeptical about the Elvie pump but the first take it took me 8 minutes to get 120ml and I was busy getting on with hanging the washing up at the same time. It's not totally unnoticeable but it is very quiet. I am really impressed.

    I wish I’d bought one sooner!

    This pump has changed my life. Being able to see how much my baby has at her last feed of the day has helped her sleep through the night. But I couldn’t find the time in the day to express with my normal pump, and my baby was having a terrible time trying to digest formula - which left her bloated, constipated, sore and just generally miserable. But now I can pump hands free, while feeding or pottering about the house (just don’t bend over!). After only 24hrs use my supply tripled! The pump is great quality and easy to use, as is the app. It fits snugly inside my bra and although not as powerful as my other pump, it collects just as much and feels more like a natural latch. The battery lasts about an hour and a half and charges fairly quickly. its easy to clean, and can be sterilised in ...

    Worth every penny

    Express on the go with much less washing up and plenty of power from this pump for its size. Have worn this out to visit my baby in the hospital and it’s so quiet no one even knows I’m wearing it under my top as I walk around - have used medela, Lansinoh and so far, this has been the best one

    Brilliant

    It’s not silent like it claims but definitely quieter than other pumps. Being able to use it hands free has been so beneficial to me - it means I can still look after my 18 month old and baby at the same time and also I can easily and easily pump when I have had to leave baby with family.
